📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary medical care and health advice to employees, ensuring their well-being and promoting a healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular health screenings and wellness programs to monitor the health status of the workforce.
• Develop and implement health and safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and local medical facilities for emergency and specialized medical care.
• Perform first aid and emergency response training for employees, ensuring they are prepared to handle health emergencies.
• Monitor and report on health and safety incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of wellness initiatives to enhance the overall health of the workforce.
• Stay updated with the latest health and safety regulations and best practices, applying them to our corporate environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related health field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health nursing or a similar role.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (CONHN) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA and local Indonesian laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
