📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal representation and strategic guidance to our company and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Assist in the resolution of legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the legal team and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and trends.
• Provide training and support to junior legal staff.
• Contribute to the development of the legal department's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in legal representation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Certification in legal research or dispute resolution is a plus.
