📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of building systems.
• Work closely with property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors to address and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of properties to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of our properties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or building operations, with a strong background in property maintenance and management.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as ServiceMax, FM:pro, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Bali's hospitality industry and the unique challenges of managing properties in a tropical climate.
