📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and clean guest rooms and public areas daily to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Use industry-standard cleaning equipment and products to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Perform maintenance tasks on room amenities and public areas to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Report any issues or damages to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
• Adhere to strict cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standards.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve daily cleaning goals.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and used efficiently.
• Promote a clean and welcoming environment for guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera, Cendyn, or similar systems is a plus.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
