📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze sales performance data using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track sales performance and operational metrics.
• Conduct regular data reviews and provide insights to sales managers and regional heads.
• Identify trends and patterns in sales data to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement data-driven improvements in sales strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleansing data sets.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and sales performance monitoring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and sales performance monitoring.
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in data analytics or sales performance monitoring is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
