📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product recommendations and technical support.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process using POS systems like Shopify or Square.
• Manage inventory and restocking of gadgets and accessories.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and special offers.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a technology-related field.
• Strong knowledge of various gadgets, smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer service goals.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Basic technical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
