🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role
- Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Proven experience in managing HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
