📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist customers with product recommendations and technical support.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process using POS systems like Shopify or Square.
- Manage inventory and restocking of gadgets and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and special offers.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Strong knowledge of various gadgets, smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer service goals.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Basic technical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
