📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and pour-over coffee.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Assist customers with ordering and recommend coffee beverages based on their preferences.
• Stock and manage coffee supplies, including beans, milk, and syrups.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing the shop.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Contribute to the overall ambiance and service quality of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Enthusiasm for coffee and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and technologies.
