- Oversee the daily operations of plant electrical engineering, ensuring all systems are running efficiently and safely.
- Manage a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement projects to improve the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with the Senior Engineering Manager to drive the strategic direction of the engineering department.
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to electrical operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the plant.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on plant operations.
- Certification in electrical safety standards, such as OSHA or equivalent.
- Proficient in using electrical engineering software, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
