📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock
• Train and mentor Food & Beverage Attendants on proper service techniques and procedures
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and menu availability
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain guest satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Promote a positive and efficient team culture, fostering open communication and collaboration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast) and inventory management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe, National Restaurant Association) a plus
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian
