📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple Active Ageing Centres in Canggu, Bali, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Lead and manage a team of Centre Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the Head Office, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the centres meet and exceed our targets.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the centres, encouraging staff development and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local authorities to enhance the centres' impact and reach.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Represent the Home Nursing Foundation at community events, conferences, and other stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role or within the home care industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and community members.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Experience in managing multiple locations and working in a multicultural environment is a strong asset.
