📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the furniture and interior design industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including luxury hotels, resorts, and high-end residential projects.
Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics to ensure consistent growth.
Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to develop and deliver exceptional interior solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in furniture and interior design.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the furniture and interior design industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the furniture and interior design industry, including market trends, materials, and technologies.
Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, project management tools, and presentation software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
