📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical content,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
