📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on trucks, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of vehicles and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle history.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork within the workshop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a truck mechanic.
• Proven track record of successful maintenance and repair projects.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle mechanics, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
