We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating quantity surveying activities, including cost planning, budgeting, and cost control. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate quantity surveying activities for construction projects.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost plans, budgets, and cost reports.,Conduct cost control activities to ensure projects are delivered within budget.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost estimates.,Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage and mentor junior quantity surveyors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of cost planning, budgeting, and cost control.,Proficient in using quantity surveying software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry, laws, and regulations is a plus.
