BRIO Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and helping us achieve our targets. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
  • Attend and participate in sales training and development programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
