Develop and implement safety programs to ensure a safe work environment,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Provide safety training and education to employees,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences,Maintain and update safety documentation and records,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate safety hazards,Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards,Promote a culture of safety through communication and awareness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and health coordination,Knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standards,Certification in safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) is a plus,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and safety management software,Valid driver's license is a plus
