As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality and service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards of service and quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations and industry standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
