📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and promotions to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
