Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, working closely with our sales team to promote residential properties and engage with potential clients. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge marketing tools and software, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite, to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote residential properties and drive sales growth.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using data-driven insights.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of local real estate market in Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah is a plus.
