📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment in the laundry.,Ensure that all machinery and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address mechanical issues and improve overall operational efficiency.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance mechanical performance.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and staff.,Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the laundry or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and safety regulations.,Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for mechanical design and analysis.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
