📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the general affairs department.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.,Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on departmental performance and metrics.,Lead and mentor junior staff in the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
