In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Handle store maintenance and repairs, ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained.,Assist in the development and implementation of store-specific strategies and initiatives.,Coordinate with the regional office to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and objectives.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in retail operations or a related field.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
