📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain HyunJin machines to ensure high-precision production processes
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend machine lifespan
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets
• Document machine performance and maintenance activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes
• Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator, preferably with HyunJin machines
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine operation
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Experience with quality assurance and process improvement
• Certification in Safety and Health at Work (K3) is a plus
