You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our dishwashing machines, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment, including dishwashers, steamers, and scrubbers
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Assist in the preparation and organization of dishes for service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
