📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control or related roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
