🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a similar role.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services industry.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
