📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.,Assist in preparing job descriptions and advertisements.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Provide support in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.,Assist in conducting background checks and reference verifications.,Provide feedback and reports on recruitment activities to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
