Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily production activities.,Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Coordinate with production teams to resolve any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Assist in the development and implementation of production improvement initiatives.,Provide support in the training and development of production team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant production management software.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
