📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the training and development team in creating and delivering training materials.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of training programs.,Assist in the evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide administrative support to the training and development team.,Assist in the planning and organization of training events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
