Market Max Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
