Your daily tasks will include overseeing inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring our restaurants and bars meet the highest standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of our restaurants and bars
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
• Monitor food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget
• Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and quality
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues promptly
• Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain our high standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Proven experience in inventory management and cost control
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with industry software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus
