📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote and sell Sharia-compliant personal loans to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Sharia principles and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or telesales, preferably in the finance sector.
  • Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic finance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid SIM and driving license (preferred).
