Lead the design and development of warehouse automation systems,Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations,Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawings,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that components and materials meet project requirements,Participate in project reviews and provide feedback to stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in warehouse automation🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the warehouse automation industry,Strong knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA,Experience with PLC programming and control systems,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, OSHA, and ANSI,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment🛠️ Keahlian
