Mashgate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Rental Executive to join our team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Manage and maintain relationships with clients, both existing and potential, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales and rental process.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote our luxury properties and attract potential buyers and renters.,Conduct property viewings, inspections, and negotiations to facilitate successful transactions.,Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to make informed sales decisions.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with real estate software, CRM systems, and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
