📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
