As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary materials and supplies to meet operational needs. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our business and ensuring cost efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to ensure competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
