📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver high-quality training programs tailored to the needs of our workforce.,Mentor and guide junior teachers to ensure the delivery of consistent and effective training.,Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the training and development field.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Evaluate and select training materials, tools, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching, training, or instructional design.,Proven track record of success in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
