Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide guidance and support to junior sales consultants to enhance their performance.Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.Set and achieve sales targets, while continuously monitoring and improving sales performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.Leadership and mentorship skills to guide and develop junior sales consultants.🛠️ Keahlian
