📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and execute internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
• Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement using SAP and Excel.
• Develop and maintain audit plans, procedures, and reports in accordance with international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO).
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
• Provide audit findings and recommendations to senior management, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Train and mentor junior auditors to maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, financial auditing, or risk management.
• Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other audit software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
