Bit Express Nusantara is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Organize and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
