• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the MEP industry.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the MEP industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in sales or marketing, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Marketing Executive (CME), is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
