• Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail properties, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve property performance and maximize returns.
• Manage leasing activities, including tenant recruitment, lease negotiations, and tenant relations.
• Collaborate with property management teams, leasing agents, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and community leaders.
• Lead and mentor the property management team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail property management, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple properties and teams.
• Deep understanding of the retail industry and the local market in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and community leaders.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, OnSite, or similar tools.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
