📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with the technical team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other educational materials,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing processes and procedures,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our technical documentation,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong technical background and understanding of technical concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
