📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and leading a team of professionals.,Support the implementation of team goals and objectives.,Coordinate and supervise team activities to ensure efficient and effective performance.,Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of team training programs.,Support the Team Leader in resolving team conflicts and issues.,Assist in the preparation of team reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience in project management or team coordination is a plus.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools is an advantage.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
